My kids were wondering if they can go in separate ride vehicle from us. They are 9 and 7. We would enter and ride too but for some reason they really want to go in their own seat. I can't find anything other than park entry.

Age 7 and up can ride entirely alone, so yes they can ride together....or apart.

During our last trip, my Dad, my son, and I rode Test Track a few times in a row via the single rider line. We put him in the middle of us in the line, so one of us would be waiting for him when he got out. It actually always worked out, so that he was IN the car with one of us, but he wasn't in the same row.

2 replies. One no and one yes. The original poster seems to be right back where they started.

Thank you. It's not a huge deal but kids this age love being independent so I thought I would let them do it since my husband and I have never ridden together. Maybe we will just try the slow rides first.

I was on Slinky Dog last night and there were two little girls behind me. The CM said, “I just need to ask your ages.” One girl answered, “I’m 7, and this is my sister and she’s 9.” The CM said perfect.

We overheard a conversation between a cast member and guests on this a few weeks ago. The cast member said anyone UNDER 7 needs to ride with someone 14 or older. The parent said "well, he'll be 7 next week" and the cast member replied "then he's 6 and needs an adult with him".
That is correct. 6.364 days, can't ride alone. 7, can.
It's really not complicated.

As happens so very often, the Mom's panel gave an incorrect answer. The answer should have said under 7, not 7 and under.
7 CAN ride alone. 6 can not

Most of what the mom’s panel said is technically correct. Under 14 you can’t enter the PARK without someone 14 or over. Under 7 you can’t RIDE without someone 14 or overthough she does say 7 and under which is wrong).

However, it did not clearly answer the question which was whether a pair of 7-13 year olds can ride along together, which is definitely yes.
