Age to participate in the Family 5K WDW Marathon Weekend

I'm not finding good information on the RunDisney website....how old do kids have to be to participate (not in a stroller) in the 5K? My DD will be 7 by the time of the race. We are thinking of doing this as a family.

I ran the Disneyland version with my 8 year old last year. There were a lot of kids way younger than her. I don't think there is a limit. I did see kids in strollers. It's kind of a big slow moving party. Sign her up:

My family ran this race together in 2009. My son was 6 & did just fine--he was running faster than me! Be sure to take a camera with you...there are some great photo opportunities along the way!

Definitely sign her up! Kids of all ages run. last year I saw a toddler waddle across the finish line. It is much fun and will be such an accomplishment for your daughter. She will even get a finishers medal. And yes, dont forget your camera!
