Age Question.. need help ASAP.

Tried to call DLC but got busy lines only have a cell so I figured I would ask here.
I know on RCCL and CCL, if someone is under the age of 21 you must have someone in the room who is 25 or older. Here is my deliema. I want to take sis on cruise for her graduation she is 18, and I am 23. Both very responsible and have been on a cruise before. Does DCL have the same rule, or?

The only thing that I have ever seen on this is that there must be at least one adult per cabin and Disney defines an adult as over the age of 18.

Here's what their brochure says:

"Minors under the age of 18, not traveling with a parent or legal guardian, must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 21 in the same stateroom and must have the Cruise Contract signed by a parent or legal guardian".

If you are going to be in the same cabin & you are 23, then no problem.

A few years ago I was stuck with the age problem on RCCL I was DEVASTATED!! At that time, DCL was out of our price range- but you do NOT have to have someone over 25- I believe that you can do it on Norweigan too & maybe princess- I know RCCL & Carnival are out- good luck!

Carnival used to not have the over 25 rule. But then they discovered that they wanted to change their image from the fun "party" ship to a decent cruise line (not to imply that partying made it indecent). So they change their drinking age rule, I believe (correct me if I'm wrong) and their occupancy age.

Yeah I'm hoping to see what I can do for a decent priced Disney Cruise on such short notice. I wanted to use CCL, because we had just been on the Paradise (non-smoking) and LOVED IT. Also it is currently only about $309.00 a week (port charges included). We will see.
