Age min for the kids club sleepover on longer cruises?

Anyone know if there is an age minimum? I have a kid that will likely be on the cusp agewise.

Not really a sleepover per se. If your child is 3 and older. They go to the kids clubs. Usually open from 9am - Midnight.

Not knowing the ages of the children this is an average statement I have provided.

Judging from a couple other threads I've seen -- 5 might be the minimum? I assume you are asking about the actual "sleepover" event by invitation on the longer PC or TA cruises, and not the Pluto's PJ Party on shorter cruises.

As noted the "sleepover" event is usually only on the longer cruises - 14 night or so.

Nope a 7 night cruise is a short cruise.
DCL doesn't have too many decent length cruises. I think this year they have 7. 2 Panama Canal cruise,2 transatlantic and 3 in Europe. Maybe 4 in Europe so 7-8.

Wellllll, I don't know. 3, 4, & 5 nights that's short. 7 to 10 nights - that's really the minimum we like, but it's not "short". BUT, 14-24 nights - we're in heaven.

My daughter was 6 when she did it on last year's EBTA. I *think* she was the second youngest who stayed on that trip. I do remember asking if she was too young and they told me she was fine.

She did ask to come back to our room at one stage (because she wanted to sleep, and they were still playing...when she hits the wall she really hits the wall), but I went and saw her and convinced her to stay, cos I knew she'd be upset in the morning if she didn't. She stayed and had a ball.

Honestly though, you also have to be happy with it. There were parents of 8 year olds on that cruise who wouldn't let their kids stay as they felt they were too young. My daughter had already been having sleepovers at grandparents' houses, so we knew that wouldn't be an issue for her.

Don't tell, but DD was 4 1/2.

It was about night 10 and they knew she could handle it.

5 was the age back in 2012.
