Age limit requirement for check-in?

Is there a minimum age requirement for unaccompanied occupation in DVC accommodation? Would DD and her friend, both 19, be able to stay without us?

Tentative plan is for us all (me, DH, DD1, DD2 and friend) to check in to a 2 bedroom in WDW, then DH, DD1 and I want to have a few days in VB whilst DD2 and friend want to stay the whole time in WDW. DH, DD1 and I would then return to WDW at the end of the trip. But ... would the two 19 year olds be allowed to occupy a studio without me or DH being present for the middle few days? The change from a 2 bedroom to a studio would, presumably, require DD2 and friend to check-in for their unaccompanied stay.

Would it make any difference if DD2 is named as a member on the deeds? At the moment it's just me and DH as members, but we intend to add both DDs names at some point.
