I let DS17 go over his friend's house to watch the NCAA tournament on TV even though he missed a day of schoolwork yesterday because of a field trip. This translates into him having two nights of homework to do tonight. I came home with a monster headache, cranky and tired and I just didn't feel like arguing with him (again), so I let him talk me into it. He's banking on having no school tomorrow because of snow although he assures me he'll do the homework when he comes home later. (can I have a mommy "pass"? Please.
