Again Disney lied about the Yeti

I'm still trying to figure out what Yeti you all are talking about. Lol. Apparently it didn't have a big impact on me.

At the end of the Expedition Everest coaster. For the first year the Yeti would swoop it's arm over you as you went by it. Since the load on the platform was figured incorrectly, the structure began to "crack" and the movement was stopped. Disney's answer to the problem was to put a strobe light on it to make it appear it was moving.

Regardless of what people are saying here, the thing has NOT moved one muscle since it was put in static mode. It may have been moved closer to the track recently(it wasn't in September of this year).

Here is a loop of the Yeti actually moving the way it was intended.

To anyone who road EE when the Yeti moved, you can't forget it. If you never saw the Yeti move then the ride is still great and you probably are wondering what the big deal is.

I noticed it was closer to the track, too.

Normally I think the Yeti is a boring part of the attraction.

This time it made me involuntarily duck my head when I went under it. Definitely seemed closer.
