After two years, we've returned !

Been a while since I've been on the Dis,, and in Florida, but we finally made it back !
And I gotta say, (just on my behalf) I LOVE a warm Christmas and it looks like I won't be disappointed this year !
Back in beautiful, warm, Florida with a high of 81 on the first day of winter, I was able to catch 7 nice fish with 3 of them being bass. And yes, I plan on fishing till we have to return home. That includes fishing Bay Lake in a couple of weeks. ( I have big expectations ) But not to fret, if it doesn't pan out it's okay cause we still have a AWESOME time at the Fort and Disney!!
Well I guess this is the start of our trip report, (may not report daily, but we will report, and will try to post some pics too).
Only 2 more shopping days till the fat man in the red suit comes, hope ya'll got your cookies & milk laid out and your gifts wrapped !

Oh come on, a warm Christmas ?? We are looking to set a record up here in PA over the next two days. It was 51 today and for us that is awesome this time of year.

Yup.... Forecast to be 70 degrees for Christmas here in NEPA! Record high was 63 for Christmas in our area....

I like the snow, but I have to say, I am not upset at paying a lower heating bill. (which would typically be around $400 - $600 a month at this time of year)

Not at the Fort till after the Big Guy (no, not me this time) in the red suit makes his flight across the skies.
We SOOO love the Fort but I just choke on the "more than double the price" for the same campsite thingy.
We are stay'n bout 30 minutes or less from the Fort, then will spend bout 2 weeks at the Fort,
that should be plenty time to land a few lunkers,

I had some moderate luck behind the 300 loop on the canal. Got a 3 pounder behind 1500 loop. Best of luck to ya.

I will be fish'n the 300 loop,,,,and a couple other favorite crawdad holes.
In the past two dayz we wrangled in nine swimmers and Denise pulled in a really nice size leather back,,,cause of the hook placement in the mouth we couldn't just cut the line, we had to remove the hook,,man that was a job! (but fun)
The weather is holding up SO well,,I hope everyone are enjoy'n this Christmas weather as much as I.

Wow, the weather must be good if the people are swimming but I'm pretty sure they would prefer not to be wrangled. Was it an entire family or just bystanders at random?

When we arrived they pretty much told us we could fish anywhere, what better place to fish then inna full pool.

Good morning ya'll.
It hit 86 at our campsite yesterday, spose to hit 85 today, and you know what that means ,,we'll be swimming in the liquid form of Frosty !
Reck'n I'm glad we weren't at Bongos last night,,,nutt'n like a good brawl on
Christmas night (for some folk)
Did some looping yesterday, saw Christmas decor ,a 6 foot Christmas rat snake, Christmas tortoises, Christmas squirrels ,caught some Christmas fish, and saw a Santa walking handing out candy.
This morning we hit the Wally Weird after Christmas sale, gotta few items, most folk were leaving with carts FULL of stuff.
