After The Sales Center Moves From BWV to SSR...

Will more BWV points open up? I know that is why there were alot of BWV points last year. But I thought I read that they could not release 100% of the points until after it was actually moved.

Does anyone know for sure if all the BWV points from the sales center have already been sold, or is DVC holding onto some of them until after the move?

I think I would call my guide if I was interested in those points. They seemed to have sold a lot last year, so I would guess they are gone, but your guide would know.

Will the sales center rooms once they are brought into inventory have a walkout directly onto the boardwalk or will they be reconfigured to have windows on the boardwalk but no exit?

They have already sold off all of those points; I bought some of them last summer. The imminent closure of the BW sales center was the reason that they reopened BWV to new buyers last spring, but by July/ August, all of those points had been sold (all this according to my most excellent guide).

As for the space at BW level, I expect that will be reconfigured as commercial space, while the Operations area will be turned over to lodging.
