After hours dinner reservation?

I have a 5:55 reservation at Tusker House on a day when the park is supposed to close at 5pm. How does that work? Do we just sit around for a bit waiting for the reservation? Is there anything we will be able to do while waiting?

Close times aren't really hard closes, regardless.
