After all of your trips, what haven't you done yet?

9th trip coming soon... things to do hopfully in the next few trips.
1. CoP
2. Alien Encounter (maybe)
3. ToT (maybe)
4. Try renting the little boats
5. Swiss Family Tree House
6. Hopefully stay at the Poly, Contemp towers, or beach club next trip!!
7. Take a romantic trip with my wife without kids....

I might miss a few just to have a reason to go back!;)

Ok, I have never gone to any of the water parks, mini golfing, Disney Quest, Pleasure Island at night, Test Track, visited AKL, got a haircut or trim at the barber shop on Main Street, Tom Sawyers Island, and many many more.

Jules

These are things I haven't done, but would like to do.

Primeval Whirl
Cirque
Disney Quest
Blizzard Beach
Kali River Rapids

Wow! Thought there wasn't much left - but after reading the lists I realised there was tonnes I've not done.

December will be trip number 10! Double digits at last!

My list:

second MKFan-PR - never done ASTRO ORIBITOR - I can't believe that.
- Dinner at California Grill (this trip)
- New Years Eve (this trip)
- Played tennis
- played a round of golf
- the movie in Canada
- chef's table at V&A
- ALadin's Flying Carpet Ride (missed that last trip)
- Comedy Club
- Canoing
- Tom Sawyer's Island
- Dumbo at night

Even after 14 trips I've never:

Rented a boat.
Gone to the Wide World of Sports area or whatever it's called.
Been to MNSSHP.
Gone to the Adventurer's Club.
Gone to any of the 5 star restaurants (except the CA Grill).
Been to River Country.

There's many other things I haven't done as well as these but the list here are things I'd like to do and just keep putting off.

Oh, one more...
Gotten my DUMB brother to go. He's never been and thinks it's just for kids!

I think we've done every ride (other than young, kid rides) and shows but we haven't done some of the things that cost extra that I'm sure would be a lot of fun. These include the behind the scenes tours, Illumination Cruise, mini golf, renting pontoon boat, etc.... We also haven't eaten at all (or even half!!) of the upper scale restaurants. We'd like to try all of these things, but it has never been possible on our budget!

I've been on every ride (except Mission:Space) and seen every show but Who wants to be a Millionaire, Tarzan Rocks and the Pochahantas show.

My goals for my September trip are:

1.) See the three shows I've yet to see.
2.) Play a round of Golf.
3.) Get a massage at the GF.

I like to try at least 1 new thing per trip. I think it keeps my "sense of discovery" alive and well, LOL! :teeth: The list of new things I want to do for my honeymoon is as follows:

Ride the Walt Disney World Railroad
See La Nouba
See Mickey's Jammin' Jungle Parade at AK
See It's Tough to Be a Bug
Spend more time exploring AK
See the MK Tree Lighting Ceremony
Try Donald's Breakfastosaurus
Have dinner at Artist Point at the WL
Eat breakfast at Kona Cafe
Eat breakfast at Fountainview Cafe while watching the fountain perform

I wonder how many of these I'll get to do!

We've only been twice so there is LOTS we have missed:( The really big ones are:

TOT-need someone big and brave to ride with me
RNRC-will probably never do this
GMR-this is at the top of the list for next year
Sounds Dangerous-I don't think I've missed much
ITTBAB-scared the bejeebers out of the kids; need braver kids
PW/TS-this is at the top of next year for DD10
Dinosaur-need braver kids
KRR-nobody wanted to get wet last time
Space Mountain-same as TOT
Alien Encounter-don't like having the bejeebers scared out of me

We have also not seen Tom Sawyer's Island, the Swiss Family Treehouse or ridden the Liberty Belle. We have yet to make it through every country in WS and there are lots of restaurants we still want to try besides all the non-park stuff(golfing, boating, spa treatments, etc.)We have not been to Typhoon Lagoon or spent much time at DTD(other than shopping)or PI. Wow--looking at this list I will need to visit at least once a year for the next half-century:p

this will be my 6th trip to Disney since 1998 and there are so many things I haven't done but want to try. Thanks everyone that posted before me. Wow! I had no idea there were so many things that came to mind and that your lists brought to mind as well.

I've never: Had a spa treatment, seen Illuminations (the horror of it!), rode RnR, ToT, or Splash Mountain had a fancy dinner like V&A, I want to have my portrait done by one of the artists in the lobby of Beach Club, tour AKL, leisurely walk around the countries at World Showcase, see a parade at any of the parks (we're usually back at the room in the afternoon), gone to a water park, Pleasure Island, Disney Quest, rented a pontoon or watermouse, played mini golf, had breakfast at CRT (doing that this trip though) and the list could go on and on.

I like one of the previous posters comments about trying one new thing each trip. This trip it's MS and CRT. Next trip I want to ride some rides that scare me and really take it easy. Being a DVC member, I know I'll be going back often so that gives me some comfort but I really like the idea of working one or two items of my "wish/to do" list into our touring. Thanks guys, what a great thread!

After 16+ (I lost count) trips, we've never done:

Pocahontas show at AK
Polynesian Luau
Hoop-de-Doo Review
La Nouba

I think that's all we've missed.

We are really lucky we have been going to WDW since 94' every year and we go for at least 12 nights each trip so we have got to do everything we would like to. The only thing I would say I really want to do in WDW is to renew our wedding vows. This is my ultimate goal. My DH and I say we will do it for our 10th Ann. (we hope) we only have 4 1/2 years to go.
For my DH he would say the only thing he hasn't done and really wants to is to get me on ToT.----I DON'T THINK SO!!!!

We've gone every year, at least once, since 1994.

Haven't gone to Cirque. Every year we say we're going to, but we never do.

Never done a fireworks cruise. (kind of pricey though!)

Never taken one of the special tours (like Keys to the Kingdom)

Until this year, we had never done the campfire singalong. Again, every year we would vow to make it to the singalong. We finally did and had a blast. We don't have kids, but we enjoyed watching other kids have fun. The smores were so much fun to make and to eat (isn't that a commercial for something?)

It took us years to do the hayride at FW. I think we finally did that in 2000. Now we're repeat customers.

Great thread!

I think we're doing pretty good. We've been the past 2 years and NEW items on our must do list are limited. They include:

-Pony rides, petting zoo, buffet then campfire and movie at FW.
-EWP
-Tom Sawyers island (DS should be old enough for this one now)
-Wake up early enough to see the rope drop at MK.

-And eat a few new restaurants (I think that is a neverending task)

As for some of the things I have not seen on your lists (Maybe because you've already done them) But if not you might want to think about doing:

Co-Pilot the monorail.
Hair cuts at the MK.
KidCot
See the WTC flag at America Pavillion.

I haven't done-

Tarzan Rocks
Voyage of the Little Mermaid
Tower of Terror (No intentions of ever doing this one!)

I know there are things at EPCOT I haven't done, not like rides but little attractions like Food Rocks and Cranium Command, there are areas of Innoventions I've haven't explored as well. I haven't seen any of the movies in the World Showcase.

There are a lot of things I haven't done now that I think about it. LOL

My list would have been a whole lot longer but since I got an annual pass and have been going more I've been seeing more of the parks than just the rides.

I hope to get some more of my list reduced when I go next month. :)

For those of you who don't do Tower of Terror, have you ever just gone into the hotel lobby? Disney did a FANTASTIC job of recreating an old hotel down to every last detail. You can even go into the preshow without having to ride the ride. When you get to the boarding area, there's a "chicken" elevator you can take to avoid the ride. No need to feel embarassed for taking the elevator as I've seen many people use it. Hope this helps someone. Oh, and when you're in the lobby, before the preshow, be sure to look at the bottom of the message board. There's a secret message there!!

The Kiss Goodnight is the closing message at Magic Kingdom. The lights on the castle change a lot, and there's a recording of Mickey and Minnie (I think) saying goodnight. It's very beautiful and magical. I like to sit in the hub, right by the statue, watch the lights and listen to the final recording.

Things I haven't done:

A behind the scenes tour (planning on doing Keys to the Kingdom this time)
Water parks (Stephen doesn't really like them, but plan on going some time)
Cirque (probably doing that this time)
Water mice
Surrey bike on Boardwalk
Many restaurants (we prefer to eat light, so do a lot of counter)
A spa treatment

I could go on.

I have until 2042 to get it all in (DVC), so I think I have time, lol!

There are a few things that we haven't done because we can do them elsewhere and don't feel the need to do them at WDW....

But as far as things we want to do that we haven't gotten to yet....

Flights of Wonder at AK
Disney Quest
Fully explore Downtown Disney
Parasailing
Bass Fishing on Bay Lake
Richard Petty Driving Experience
A Orlando (nonDisney) area Hot Air Balloon Ride
Blizard Beach
Beauty and the Beast show at MGM
The Singing in the Rain umbrella at MGM
The Animation tour at MGM
Take time to look at all the small details on Main Street and in WS at Epcot

Some of these we plan on doing on our next trip though.

- lori

Wow, what a great thread. Our list includes:
MGM - Beauty and The Beast
AK - Primeval Whirl and Triceratops Spin
MK - Kiss Goodnight and most of Fantasyland/Toon Town
Epcot - N/A
