.......cheer myself up.
I ordered a new car and collect on 1st March.
I think i was a nightmare for the salesman
I saw an offer for the car from £114 for the base model, i asked for a quote taken in consideration the money still owed on my current vehicle.
He returned and quoted £138
thats the same as i am paying now, and i get a new car
.
Then i was undecided on met paint, i know i wanted bluetooth connection and ipod connection. This bumped the price up slightly. I started to pull faces thinking what should i do
The salesman walked away to speak to his manager,
he retuned and took me outside to look at a car (the colour i wished, the next model up) where is the catch, he goes on to say this is the next model up with bluetooth connection, sound pack(extra speakers, and Ipod connection and also has the sports pack (tinted rear windows and rear spoiler) and it is the coloure you wanted.
Ummmmm ok, this is going to be £170 a month,
well i will give you £150 a month. He went away and returned to say the lowest is £154, i try and barter again £152. Sorry £154 is the lowest we can go.
But i still one more payment to pay on my current car
Okay £151
DH tried to get floormats
that was a flat NO!
Well it cheered me up, i can not wait for my TWINGO.
