After 9 months we ARE back, again : 16 NIGHTS of gluttony, PLETHORA O' PICS 8/31/24-9/16/24-NEW POSTS

Just an intro to our longest trip yet. Usually it's 2 weeks but since our grandson, daughter and son-in-law are going to be with us for the first 7 nights of the trip we will in a 2 bedroom at Copper Creek and after they leave me and the wife will be in a 1 bedroom at a Riviera for 9 nights.
We are very excited since this is our grandson's very first introduction to Disney World and
we are ecstatic to be taking them with us. Plus this is our daughters First trip back with us since she was 15.

As you all know every trip I like to focus on one particular food item. In past trips I've focused on pickles, burgers and bread puddings of Disney. This trip we're going to do something a little bit healthier and focus on salads of Disney cause why not.
Also banana breads, since they are a few to be had and not focused into yet.
Of course there will be many treats and many burgers and of course pickles along the way, so have no fear.

Lots of snacks, Food & Wine festival booths and quick serve which will not be mentioned until the final trip report.

And for anyone who has not read my many fulfilling trip reports, brush up buttercup lots of reading and drooling....

I never see anything posted about the breakfast here so we wanted to check it out since we
only found out about it a few months back.
We met our good friends Todd & Michelle from Traveling around Disney for another meal.
They review restaurants on YouTube all the time and they never dined here either,
so it was exciting for everybody. Plus we love hanging out with them.

They had all the breakfast offerings you would expect but much higher quality than most places.
These Mickey Waffles were exceptional as so were the potatoes.
The house made guac was the best I've ever had and the house-made salsa was also superb.

I really enjoyed having individual fancy syrups and little bottles as opposed to generic junk and you can taste the difference.

If you're conveniently nearby I highly suggest stopping in for breakfast.
They don't take reservations. The price for what you get is well worth it. Also got to mention our server was excellent.
What time did you show up for breakfast? How long to get seated? Excited to try this next trip!!

I really want to eat here again. Miss the ala carte menu. Pre fix is such heavy food. We shall see! Looks amazing though
I agree, we went before it was AYCTE so we could try Ooey Gooey caramel dessert and it was easily one of the best desserts we've had.

best dessert at Liberty Tree years ago when the ala carte menu is available, the griddled pound cake, Plus the burger there was pretty good. Also added the apple tartlet. (This was from 2007)
