after 2 weeks of atkins...

I'm pleased to say that I've lost 10 lbs and 19 1/4 inches. I never thought it was possible. I know this is going to take me awhile, but being able to see some results in such a short time, just makes me more determined!

For those of you starting out....it does work and it does get easier!
