Does anyone else start taking photos before you even land at the airport?

I like to take aerial photos from the plane too. I hope non Disney is okay on this thread...

Finally in 2008 I got aerial pics of WDW. Every trip I would hope to get these and I was always either on the wrong side of the plane, or we flew in from another direction.

Here is Sea World and Aquatica

In this one you can see, CBR, Swan, Dolphin, Epcot Area, World Showcase, Typhoon Lagoon

Here you can see Future World with OKW and DTD parking in the foreground.

And on our way out in May we were able to see everything.

Here is MK area with Epcot of in the distance.

It would figure that on both of these trips I only had my P&S, sonce my Rebel had a broken shutter.

I do! Though I haven't ever seen WDW from the plane... I didn't think the flight paths even went that close, but I guess they do!

I tend to do fisheye shots, unsurprisingly... here's a shot from my most recent trip using my 10-17mm fisheye:

And I believe this one is from the same flight, showing Las Vegas at night. It's just like really being there, eh?
