Looks like land is being cleared for the hotel as well.

Drove through there yesterday and to me, it looks like they're pretty much ready to begin the serious stuff.

Also, in the upper left hand corner of photo #3, it shows the new Cast Services building (green roof) and new CM parking lot which will open next week. I'll be putting in a few extra steps because it's a little further away. I need the exorcise.

With the untrained eye it looks like riviera and Coronado should open at roughly the same time

I was trying to figure out why it was there. Thought there must have been some reason. Glad to know you are befuddled. Hate being befuddled "all by myself" (as Barry Manilow once said).
