AE discounts - no more?

Last year I was there, I remember still able to use AE card and get discounts, e.g. 10% off at World of Disney...etc. This year, I cannot find any uptodate info on this. Has this been discontinued?

AE is no longer the official card of Disney, so the AE discount at World of Disney is gone.

I don't know if the CM would actually know at this point, but I was told on Tuesday that all discounts at the World of Disney were ending on 12/31/03 due to the Disney VISA Card deal. I was using my AP 10% discount at the time. I'm not quite sure what that means, but it would be a disappointment.

Let's hope the CM meant the DC discount which is ending on that day.

We were told the same thing about all discounts the last time we were there (Sept. 19 - 21). However, we checked with another CM who'd been there for over 20 years and he said that the only discount program that he knew was ending was DC.

We have APs, so this was a relief to us........
