Advise for Feb 23-28th trip

Does anyone know:

1. Crowds for Feb 23-28th timeframe? Is that school break?
2. Temperatures?
3. I am arriving noontime on the 23rd of Feb(Sunday) and leaving Thursday am, the 27th. Staying at Boardwalk Villas. what type of ticket should I be purchasing? 6 adults and 2 children.(4 and 1 1/2)

As far as I'm aware, that is after most school vacations. The weather at that time has been different the past couple of years. I would pack a little bit of everything. I've seen it in the 80s a couple of years ago and last year was chilly. Jeans and sweatshirts every day.
