I don't know how old you are but when I was walking past the bar area at the ASSports it was filled with people having a nice time. I think that if you are going with only the two of you, you will have a great time. There are so many other areas to visit that you have a great trip on a budget and then when $$$ is there you can stay at a nicer resort. The rooms are small but there are only 2 of you. They are clean and it is a Disney resort so I think you will be happy. DD is 18 she went with her friends and they had a blast. They are planning on returning this spring.

My DH & I went to WDW before we were married in January, 2000 - (he was 23, I was 22.) We were both in school & on a budget as well. We really loved the All Star Movies Resort - we even went back there in 2001. The rooms are probably smaller than other resorts, but for 2 people it isn't really an issue. The food court & refillable mugs there are also great money savers.

We are staying at a nicer resort this December, but have no doubt that we will be staying at the All Stars again soon. IMHO the All Star Movies resort has the best Disney theming of the 3 All Stars. Hope this helps!:)
