Please don't think I'm bragging...I'm a little freaked out by this, as a matter of fact.
I've been on WW Core for more than 18 weeks now, and have loved it. It really seems to work well for me, and I love the fact that I'm eating much healthier foods on a regular basis now. I go to meetings, as well as keep a record of my weight loss on WW Online.
My issue is, when I record online, I get these messages and links telling me I'm losing too fast, and all the dangers and consequences of losing too quickly are paraded before my eyes. At first I was like, " So what? It's only a couple of ounces over on average." This didn't worry me...not a lot of difference between 2 lbs a week and 2.4 lbs a week, IMO. As long as I'm eating lots of protein, veggies, whole grains, etc., and have my 2 tsp. of good oils a day, I'm good, right?
Well, I weighed in this morning, and I'm down almost 5 lbs from LAST WEEK! If this was at the beginning of my WL, I'd just chalk it up to water loss, or that "beginner's loss" that many experience...but 4 months into it?? Nothing was done differently this week, same foods, same activities, same weather...just this weird weight drop.
Has this happened to anyone else? Should I seek medical advice? I feel very healthy, and never allow myself to get hungry, but I'm a little nervous about this. My average WL per week is still only a little over 2.5 lbs.
