Advice on international mail FROM WDW to the UK

Is there any way to send a package/card from WDW property internationally (to the Uk). I'm interested in sending a package or post card post marked from Orlando to a UK friend, and was curious if a) it were possible from property, or b) a hassle and required going off property?

Will the shops help with packaging and shipping them out, or are we on our own?
