Advice on Flip or Small Wonder Camcorder?

I'm looking for a deal on camcorder for my 9 y/0. She wants to make music videos and it looks like the Flip would work well for her but the RCA small wonder is almost $40 cheaper. I also see less expensive camcorders like the Vado Creative for $40 and the Disney Flix for $20, but I want a camcorder that she will be able to use for a few years. Can anyone give me some advice? Thanks.
