Advice on Deciding a Schedule

Hi everyone. I'm the official trip planner for my group (me, husband, my twins 5 yr old boys, my sister, her husband and their 6 yr old son and our nephew - 15). I'm trying to decide what days to do what...

We are going from Sept 29th through October 8th. We have a Magic Morning, Toontown Madness, a Character Meal (we like Goofy's Kitchen I think), plan on a Halloween Party night, a 6 Day Park Hopper, and plan on a day at Sea World.

We want to maximize the reduced park hours, the time the park is closed for Mickey's Halloween Party... When would you do the different things? And would you do MM the same day as Toontown Morning Madness?

Sep 29 (Thu) Fly in - My sister's flight gets there at 2pm
Sep 30 (Fri) (Possible MHP) MHP or MM?
Oct 1 (Sat) Goofy's Kichen for lunch
Oct 2 (Sun)
Oct 3 (Mon) (Possible MHP) Sea World? (since the park closes early) Or would MHP be better to do on a Monday?
Oct 4 (Tue)
Oct 5 (Wed)
Oct 6 (Thu)
Oct 7 (Fri) (Possible MHP) We thought this might be a good MHP night - we can have it to anticipate the whole week
Oct 8 (Sat) Fly out - We leave early

We are staying at HoJo if that makes any difference. Is going to the beach a bad idea in October? If not, what beach would you recommend?
