this is our 1st trip to WDW have done DLP 18mths ago tho, my kids are 3 and 6 and not very brave;)
can someone advise on what are the best rides in each park for the ages they are
:D THANK YOU

The "Unofficial Guide" has a great fear factor chart for all the rides that we have found pretty helpful. Obviously, all kids are different, but at least the list gives you a heads up on what to expect.

Just noticed we will arrive within hours of each other - hope you have fun!!:rockband: :rockband:

If they don't like the dark, skip Snow White. My dd4 is very brave & she was a bit scared on this (as well as HM, but she still went). She got scared at Mickey's Philharmagic 3D but did ok with the glasses off. I'm sure they can do the carrousel & Dumbo (if they are scared of heights just stayon the ground, even I thought it went pretty high!!). PP is questionable, it is kind of dark. Pooh was fun & Tea Cups (if they are scared of spinning you don't have to spin it). I thought Barnstormer was actually "scarier" then BTMRR. They may be ok at Pirates since they are boys. And Alladin. They will like Jungle Cruise. They should be fine on Buzz & TTA (relaxing) & the Speedway cars. Maybe you should try the shows. Cinderella's Suprise Celebration is sooo great! Also they may like Country Bears & Tiki Birds.
My dd4 loved EPCOT for the kidcot stations & little shows. We didn't do much in FW (need to leave something for next trip) but she loved TT (she loves thrill rides). She liked the boat rides (Mexico & Norway) too.
MGM they may get scared at Ursula in VotLM but we thought it was fine. They will love Playhouse Disney & B&TB. If they do ok with 3D then you can go to Muppets too. And HISTK playground.
We did not do AK but I bet they would love the shows there too & the Dinosaur dig area.
Also, the parades. They are at a tough time if you want to go home to nap in the afternoons but my dd loves parades!
Have fun!

Do the Figment ride in Epcot. Play on the playground in Norway.

At MGM the Honey I shrunk the Playground is a must, also Muppet 3D movie.

Go to a bookstore or library and get a copy of the Unofficial Guide and all your questions will be answered.

Were Pooh..........though there is a dark part with Heffalumps and Woozles, and he asked me to cover his eyes in there at age 4.........it was still his favorite! He also loved Dumbo, would've loved Aladdin which they didn't have then, loved Mermaid, loved the teacups, loved Small World, loved exploring Toon Town, loved the Tiki Birds, loved Pirates....found it very exciting, loved exploring Tom Sawyer island, loved Buzz Lightyear and Splash Mountain, and Haunted Mansion.

In Epcot, he did enjoy the kid stations and seeing characters in the World Showcase. The Energy ride was pretty scary for him with the dinos jumping out at 4, but he loved it at 6. He liked the Living with the Land boat ride.

In MGM, he was very scared of the Fantasmic show at 4, but loved it at 6. He loved Little Mermaid both times, but I hear it scares some little ones at some point. He liked HISTK playground and the HISTA show. He loved Bear in the Big Blue HOuse-------now Playhouse Disney...........at 4 but didn't want to go at 6.

In AK he loved everything he was big enough for! He liked the safari, the train, the conservation station, the raft ride, the animals.........especially the bats.............the boneyard playground.............he wasn't big enough for Dinosaur until last year at age 8 adn it scared him quite a bit.

The little ones really love the MOnorail and ferry boats, the character dinners and breakfasts, and all the little things! I just love taking little people along. Have fun!

Edited because I forgot to say that Snow White and Bug's Life both scared him terribly! He never again would go on Snow White after the trip at age 4 and he has tried Bug's Life every year and every year he hates it!

You should take them on the many adventures of winnie of pooh, dumbo(if they are not afraid of hights), the caracell, buzz lightyear space ranger spin. Thats all I can think of now.
