Advice needed can you help

Hi All

Has anyone ever used lowcostholidays.com website to book their flights & hotel accommodation. If you have can you tell me your experiences with them good or bad.

Their quoting £10 deposit to book hotel rooms with it repeat next to it in brackets. But in the terms and conditions it says they can deduct the rest of the deposit off 4 weeks later. My query is why don't they say pay the full deposit - not everyone reads the small print.

No problem, I wouldn't want to be involved with a company who are like that either!

We used them to book our hotel in Mexico in June and due to the Swine flu we had to cancel, it took about 4 weeks for them to refund the money when they initially told us 4 days when we cancelled, luckily we had the cash to re-book a different holiday.
We wouldn't use them again.
