Advice needed - camping cross country and Disneyland

I know I have read some good tips for traveling cross country and where to camp at Disneyland on this board, but I can't find them now. We are planning to camp our way out west this summer to visit some National Parks and hopefully DL too! Our kids will be 7,3 and 8mo. The older 2 went to FL twice last winter and traveled well for about 500 miles/day. We are planning to spend a 3-5 days at each park including Mesa Verde, Lake Powell, Grand Canyon, Disneyland, somewhere near Hoover Dam, Zion, Bryce, Yellowstone, and Mount Rushmore. We will be camping in a 5th wheel, either 32 or 34 feet. We are buying a bigger bunkhouse soon, narrowed it down to either a Crossroads Cruiser or Ameri-camp.
Any suggestions on what to see or where to stay would be great!

at Grand Canyon the best place to stay is the Trailer Village in the park--has full hookups and is near the shuttle hub and visitor center--also the grocery and restaurants-----its not much of a campgound--dirt pull thrus--but its location -location

Mesa Verde has a bunch of campgrounds near the entrance road---the campground in the park--Moorefield--is huge but only as very few full hookup sites and you'll want a/c in the summer

In Yellowstone we like to stay at Fishing Bridge---good central location--as the park is huge---once again a pretty plain campground but location/ location----also worth a look if you've come this far is Grand Tetons---there we like Colter Bay Trailer Village
ressies for all the NP campgrounds should be made asap as they fill up in the summer

also if you are heading across I-40 the Holbrook KOA is decent and can be then end of a westbound easy loop through Petrified Forest NP

there are no campground near the dam and if the bypass is not open yet you'll nedd to get the rig searched--before crossing the dam---its a simple easy look over and in the under compartments--takes just a couple minutes--there is RV parking on the AZ side as you approach

My sister camped when we went to Disneyland several years ago. I don't remember the name of the place, but I will say it was a virtual parking lot. Very close together and you literally parked within the lines. Not my idea of fun. I was very glad we opted for a hotel that trip. Maybe someone on the Disneyland forum can help you out with that one. They may no of something more campground like.

There is a KOA in Pomona near the fairgrounds that is about 20 minutes north of Disneyland with light traffic and a hour during peak traffic. Its not bad for being in an urban area, but is busy when there are popular things going on at the fairgrounds.
