Advice needed before I pull my hair out

I responded to your thread. I feel bad about the situation, but I don't think you're going to get anywhere arguing about it.

you have a wonderful SIL, by the way.

I would speak to the manager of the AAA office where you made the arrangements, and go up the line after that, until you end up at the presdient's office(if it gets that far!). I wouldn't be nasty, but I would be firm. You might want to slip into the conversation that you would have no problem contacting the AG or BBB in your state as well. The key is to be polite but firm, don't get emotional, or cry or anything like that. That's how my DH does it on the phone, and it usually works. He sometimes has to talk to 10 people until he meets the person who can help him, and often, if his conversation with ne person seems futile, he'll say "let me speak to your manager". Often, people don't want their managers to nkow about stuff, and they are much quicker to resolve issues.

Glad to hear this worked out for you delswife. And I have to agree you have a wonderful SIL. That was quite a gift! Have a wonderful trip.

My SIL is the best! I love her so much. When I have a minute Ill have to tell you guys about her.
Thanks again for everyones help.
