Getting a bus from a park to a resort early in the morning can be tricky due to the "rectangle rule" (not its real name). After dropping off near park opening, buses tend to be dispatched to nearby resorts to do their next pickup. The idea is to run empty (to a resort) a relatively short distance while running the longer distances (to parks) when full of guests.

So you need to seek out a transportation coordinator CM outside a park to find out when a bus back to your desired resort will come. If none was scheduled soon for that route the CM wil try to alter the tendency so a bus does come for you reasonably soon.
