Advice about room size

We are planning to stay onsite for the frist time and need some advice. For 2 adults and 2 kids (17/16 year olds) where do you suggest? Do any of the onsite hotel rooms offer a little privacy? We are hoping for a small suite that separates the master bedroom with a door. They like to watch TV and sleep later than we do. We're trying to avoid the cost of two rooms. Thanks.
