Adventures by Disney South East Asia blog

Have a great time. Looking forward to the adventure unfolding.

Thanks for sharing.

I have to admit, I cheated and have already read a TR of this trip on the US forum

Can't wait to hear what you think of it all though! I get so excited whenever people visit Vietnam :rotfl:

Have an amazing time, looking forward to reading about your trip. Have not read a TR for one of these adventures so I am really interested to see how it all goes.:)

Enjoying your updates so far :goodvibes I agree that Saigon is definitely a bit of a cultural overload!

Thanks. Amazing day today - service levels by the ABD guides are incredible. This could spoil me for independent travel however my budget can't cope with an ABD every year....

Whoops, missed your Mekong post  Sounds like a fun-filled day!

We don't get any photos from the Cu Chi tunnels? We actually gave the museum a miss. I get so emotional with things like that, it would have totally ruined the rest of our holiday! But we enjoyed the tunnels :thumbsup2

Can't wait to read about your time in Hoi An - we loved it so much we're planning to go back! Looking forward to getting some ideas :goodvibes

I think I missed posing the Mekong day. I am pretty good at typing up the blog but hopeless and copying the links. We have some great cu chi tunnel photos but they are on the little camera which mysteriously is missing the data cable. I bought an ipad/ memory card connector at the airport but it does not work. Hence the blog has photos from the big camera only.

I've added you to my reading list so I don't miss any more :goodvibes

Will you be posting the photos from your little camera somewhere when you get home? I'd love to see them :thumbsup2

Sounds like you had a great time in Hoi An - it's definitely a nice relaxed pace there compared to Saigon! And your resort looks lovely :goodvibes

Next time we go I'm definitely going to do a lantern making class :thumbsup2

Did your boys get their free cocktail in the end?

I'd love to see the pictures too, when you finally are ready to share them.

Love the look of your resort, and I think I would have left the silk worms too.

I love Hoi An - very picturesque but different enough to let us wander and discover. One of the Americans in our group said it was so perfect it looked like Epcot.
Unfortunately (!) the boys missed happy hour as we were in the old town. No cocktails for them.

One I get home I will put up some of the photos from the other camera.

:lmao:

I also look forward to going to Marble Mountains on our next trip to Hoi An. They looked pretty spectacular from what we saw, just rising out of the ground like that. Sounds like we'll have to go on a day when we're feeling energetic ;)
