Does anyone know what time the cheeseburger egg roll cart opens?

From what I remember it was a little random and some days it didn't open at all.

I think it's random or at least feels to be. It's been very hit or miss for us. Actually totally miss since the few times we've seen it open, there was a huge line :/

I'm sorry I don't recall. I would imagine if it's like other places on WDW property somewhere between 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.? (if it's even open daily)

It was in the afternoon around 2pm.

I'm shame to admit that I have "roll-dropped" the cart at 11:00am (lining up at 10:40am)!

Oh, you'll see activity. Someone is usually there before they open getting things in order and then a person rolls over the warmer loaded with egg roll goodness. No need lining up next to a closed cart. I'm crazy, but not that crazy!

On busy days it will open around noon and close once fireworks crowds build up. On less crowded days it usually doesn't open.
