Adults pay kid's price promotion

Does this seem to be an annual thing?? We're thinking about going in January 2008 -- what time of year is the promotion announced? Do I have to wait until January?

They've ran it for the last couple of years at least. I know for sure it was in announcements in December. Perhaps earlier.
