OK, I admit it. I'm a kid at heart. I like to get "free stuff", and candy is even better. Is it a common practice for the adult attendees to MNSSHP to get in line with the kiddies to belly up for the candy handed out? And in regard to the candy being handed out, is it a lot? How big of a trick or treating bag do they need to bring?

Just wondered before I got in line for a candy bar, if someone was going to inquire of my age and REALLY embarrass me!!:teeth:

:) Yes it is common for the Adults to get candy too. As far as how much candy is handed out it depends on when you are going, they tend to get a little more lax later in October. The first few they are told 2 peices per person at each station (I guess they are afraid there will be a candy shortage in the weeks to follow) that always turns into entire handfuls by the last party because there is so much left over. Of course even on the 2 peice nights you can get in line as many times as you want and get more and more :) We usually go home with a good amount of candy :)

Adults can trick or treat as well as kids, remember it's Disney, we are ALL kids... And a lot of adults dress up too (so start looking for a costume...LOL) as for the trick or treat bags, you don't "Have" to bring one, WDW provides them for all their Halloween guests (but if you want to you are more than welcome to bring one of your won.

Perfect. Thank you, LibertyBelle, for your quick informative response...:)

Now, if I can just find the perfect "princess" tiara, I can fulfill a lifelong fantasy of mine....;)

OK, this may be a stupid question, but do you bring in your own candy bag? Or are they provided?

They provide Orange plastic bags with handles. Its a heavier plastic, not like the grocery storen bags. We still have ours and use them occasionally. They held up well. They arent huge bags, but we didnt get 'the handfuls'. We were at one of those early, 2 pieces at a time parties!! haha But we had enough and the kids had fun!!
