If you ever want to meet Marie or get a picture of her. She can be found at the Magic Kingdom near the Flag Pole in Town Square. She usually comes out around 10:30am and is alot of fun to interact with. Did you ever buy an autograph book during your trip to Walt Disney World? Because you've got to get Marie's autograph, her signature is cute since she adds a big bow on the letter "I" in her name. Don't worry if you meet Marie the first time. If you head to Epcot later during you're trip. Be sure to stop by the France Pavilion in Epcot because it's the easiest location to find any Marie stuff including Marie plushies and shirts. But my favorite is the Marie stuffed animals. If you plan on meeting Marie again during your trip. Try handing her your Marie plush to her for her to look at.
Thanks for the tips!
Yeah, there was an element of feeling that kind of pressure now that you mention it. My BFF did no research at all, so on our EPCOT day she was at a loss to come up with anything to do and I was always worried she was bored. I told her that for our next trip she'd be the one to plan everything so that wouldn't happen again.
I think I went the opposite direction, and came up with WAY too much for us to do.
They're expensive if you want to watch them online but I got the dvd/bluray pack on sale at Target for $39.99. My parents have a blu-ray player so I gave them those and kept the dvds for me. Way better than paying $20 to watch one of them once - can't believe they're gouging people like that!
I think I found these on
Amazon.com. Two separate packs, one for each trilogy, Blu-Ray/DVD combo? They have them for $34.96 each! Looks like I'm gonna be shifting some money around to buy them ASAP!
Haha, spreadsheets...we could be soul sisters. I don't have spreadsheets but I have a binder and lots & lots of lists. I hope you've planned time for some DIS Meets into your plans. Sounds like there are going to be a bit of us down there at the same time.
I have spreadsheets that eventually get printed and put into a Disney binder! Haha. Along with lists, directions, and print-outs of all confirmations, etc.

And I'm totally up for DisMeets! It's early still of course, but Jamie (
@hokieinpa ) and I are talking about getting together for lunch at the Wave then heading over to
MNSSHP together on Tues, Oct 25, and Lynn (
@cajunfan ) is going to try to join me for a late breakfast at Cape May Cafe before I hit the road to drive home on Fri, Oct 28. I'm sure once we all get our final schedules nailed down, you and I can figure out a time we can connect, too! Would love to meet the infamous Potatoes and Pasta!
I'm glad you had a wonderful holiday. I was so slack on Christmas this year.

I wasn't necessarily Grinchy but time just got away from me. I did manage to get the main parts done & that's all that matters, right?
I think my issue was that I was so focused on my recent Disney trip that Christmas got put waaaay back on the back-burner. I got home from the trip, and on Dec. 12th went "Oh, crap. Christmas is in 13 days and I've bought literally nothing."
I love your food list. I can't wait for the park hours to be released. I'm like you and really want to see the River of Light. I think I've even gotten DH a smidge excited about it.
My food list is epic! And yesssss, Rivers of Light! I'm sure it's going to be STUNNING! I can't wait!
The new Star Wars was pretty awesome, wasn't it?? DH is already planning a guy night to go see it again lol.
I'm planning a Billie night to go see it again.
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays...way late. But still!
Still counts!
Glad you had a great time with your family! And love the Minnie! I got mostly Disney-themed gifts this year, including a huge Minnie tsum-tsum that is amazing!
OMG! Huge Minnie tsum-tsum sounds AWESOME!
300 day dance? Totally a thing!
Okay, well if you and all the woodland creatures say so, then it must be true!
And if your dancing...then I'm dancing too!
HOORAY!!!
