Adult Portions of Kids Meals on DDP?

I know at TS restaurants, it's possible to get adult-sized portions of kids meals--for a higher price if OOP, or for an adult TS credit on the DDP. Does the same thing apply to QS meals?

I have paid to upgrade both my kids to adults on the DDP, but there are some QS locations where I know they will still prefer the kids' options, but the portions are RIDICULOUSLY small. Since they are adults on the DDP, can I ask for adult portions of kids meals for them?

Hoping someone has tried this and can give me some feedback and/or advice. If you have tried it (either successfully and unsuccessfully), could you please share which restaurants you tried and what the response was?
