Adult Poolside activities

This will be my first time getting to spend time at the adult pool on the Fantasy. Are there adult games and activities at the Cove Pool?

Not in my experience. There may be an entertainer sometimes on the small stage near the wading pool.

They often had one of the solo musicians who played evenings in the entertainment district play sets during the day. But otherwise, the "adult games and activities" consist of the following:

• Avoiding kids leaving their plates and drinks everywhere
• getting adult beverages from the bar or cafe
• not having to shiv anyone for a lounger
• napping

In years past, on the Wonder and Magic, they did have adult pool games(belly flops, pass the orange, music trivia, etc...), but the last time I saw any of that was maybe 6 years ago. And besides the occasional musician as noted above, I've never seen any of that on the newer ships.

Our first cruise was during Jersey Week in 2005. (We are from NJ and try to avoid traveling when the rest of the state does, but vacation blackout period forced us to go this week.). There were adult poolside activities at that time, and I felt like I was in Ft. Lauderdale during spring break in the ‘80s. I am far from a prude, but I am glad they don’t do this now. It is much more peaceful, no matter how busy it gets.
