Staying at FW with dk's and g&g. Mom & Dad get 1 night-out alone. Any good suggestions for restaurants not in the parks (want to go one of the nights we are not using ph.)

I think anything really expense or the foo-foo-fancy deluxe resirt restaurants would be grown up! S

If money is not a concern, then how about Artist's Point right there at Wilderness Lodge? You can take a bus or I think, a boat over.

Also, a boat over to Contemporary for any of their fine restaurants and/or lounges.

If you took a boat from FW, I think you would have to go to MK first and then on the monorail or another boat to the Wilderness Lodge. I bus would be faster, if this is your choice (and it would be a great choice- the Artist Point is one of our favorites, not just for the great food but for the romantic atmosphere and the chance to look at this beautiful resort).

Hi,

Why not send Mom and Dad over to Animal Kingdom Lodge... ?

They could enjoy seeing the hotel and the animals on the savanna then have a nice sit down dinner at Jiko or buffet at Boma.

Another vote for Artist Point at WL.

Running close seconds:
California Grill (CR)
Citricos (GF)
Narcoossees (GF)

Give Jiko's a try it is our favorite WDW restaurant. Go early and stroll the grounds and see the animals.

If cost is not a concern and its a special occassion. How about Victoria and Alberts.
