Adult Birthday Meal Ideas

One more question!

My husband has his 37th birthday whilst we're away and I'd like to book somewhere for us all to eat and have a cake, sing etc. He's up for a laugh so would like the characters to be there - for the kids of course!

Any suggestions. Want it to be a bit special as it's a birthday meal but must serve chicken nuggets and chips too!
