ADR's when staying off-site?

We are staying at Windsor Hills for our upcoming trip in November.

Can you still make ADR's? Is there a time limit, or can we make them anytime with a CC to hold the ressie?

Anyone know?

You can make them anytime! And, you don't need a credit card unless you are booking a character experience or show! The number is 407-WDW-DINE. I may be wrong, but give them a call and I'm sure you can get all the info you need.

Yes, you can make ADRs (and should) even if you are staying offsite. The only difference is that if you stay offsite, you have to make each of your reservations separately (i.e. call on different days) if you want to take full advantage of the 180 days out option (i.e. call 180 days out from each date you want the ADR). If you stay onsite, you can call 180 days out from your first onsite stay date and make reservations for your entire stay even though subsequent days are more than 180 days from the date of your call. The max days out in this case I believe is 10.

I'm not sure I understand pp. We are also staying at Windsor Hills and when I called to make an ADR the other day, I was asked if I wanted to make another. I didn't (we only plan to eat one table service meal in the parks) but she did give me the option to make others at the same time.

It sounds like it depends on which CM you get.

The official policy is that you make reservation 180 days ahead of time. For off site people that means you have to call every morning for the length of your stay. For on site you can make up to 10 days of ressies during that first call (180 from your arrival date)

That being said I have heard lots of CM giving people 180 + 10 as being making ressies 190 days out. Likewise on the dec board at TGM there are several people saying their ressie are already done even though the 180 date for Dec 1 isn't until next week. They say just keep calling until you get someone who says yes. :confused3

It's not as confusing as it sounds. :) You can only make an ADR 180 days out. If you call exactly 180 days before the 1st day of your trip, you could only make an ADR for your first day. You would need to call back for the following days. If you are staying onsite, they will allow you to book your whole week's ADRs on that first day. If you're offsite, just call when it's 180 days prior to the last day of your trip. Then you can do all of your ADRs with one phone call. :)

Out of curiosity does anyone know if you can made ADR's without having booked your hotel yet if using DDP?
