Hi There! :wave2: How do my ADRs look? Trip is going to be January 24-31, 2013(7 nights/8 days). As 2 adults taking on the world, we will have park hoppers and are hoping for free dining to be announced so we can add it on. Also, if it matters we'll be staying at Coronado Springs. :goodvibes

Looking for input, suggestions and feedback on our plans for January...
I feel like planning for a trip to WDW is half the fun! Without further delay, here are our ADRs!:

January 31, 2013

It all looks delicious! The only thing is that night at Boma with an 8:05am at Tusker House? I couldn't personally eat that late and get up that early (since I'm sure it'll take you a bit to eat and get back to CSR). But if you can, hey more power to ya! Otherwise it looks good to me :thumbsup2

Will you have a car?

Thursday | Arrival Day - Magic Kingdom
Dinner - Boma @ 9:00PM (2TS)
Arriving from LA on Thursday, check in, go to MK, eat a really late dinner at the farthest restaurant from MK (Boma) and then get back to CSR and wake up for early breakfast the next day? Seems hard.....Could you do Kona for dinner here (and replace Kona with CS around the world showcase for dinner the next night)
I like Boma for dinner, but you are doing it for breakfast a different day, so you will see Animal Kingdom Lodge

January 28, 2013
Monday | Animal Kingdom(AM EMH)/Epcot(PM EMH)
Breakfast - Boma @ 10:30 AM (OOP)
Dinner - Sci-Fi Dine-In @ 4:45PM (OOP)

Sci Fi is in in DHS...so you will be at 3 different parks AND 2 different resorts on this day? Sounds hard...or are you doing DHS in the pm?

Januay 30, 2013
Wednesday | Magic Kingdom/Animal Kingdom(AM EMH)/Hollywood Studios/Epcot (Just to see if we can do 4 parks in one day.)
Breakfast - 'Ohana @ 10:35AM (OOP)
Dinner - Garden Grill @ 6:00PM (2TS)

If I were shooting fro 4 parks in one day...I would eat all my meals in the parks...I know Ohana is relatively easy to get to, but still yet another destination

Overall...you have a lot of TS OOP, so you will be left with extra CS. Have you considered upgrading to Deluxe or as I said changing some of these OOP to CS

Hehe, thanks. The plan is to have a both magical and delicious time in WDW. Boma and Tusker House...sounds pretty ridiculous, I know, but why not? Might as well challenge ourselve and keep ourselves on our toes while we're there....but then again, we are on vacation. :scratchin

Well we wanted to do Animal Kingdom Lodge as our resort hotel but couldn't for many reasons. I thought I would make it up to my travel companion by doing a dinner there as our first thing. The original justification behind choosing a late dinner at Boma would be so that we would be able to have some MK our first night and then have a great start to the meal-age(?) part of our stay. This was also based on a flight arriving at MCO around 4:00PM.:drive:

We're now considering leaving the night before and taking a redeye for an early arrival. So we could possibly change for an earlier dinner at Boma and maybe hitting up AK on the same day...possibly using AKL as a transfer point to a MK evening. :drive:

We don't mind hitting up the same restaurant/resort twice. With AKL being relatively close to both CSR and AKL, it would be a nice transfer point.:drive:

The plan (currently tentative, of course) is to do AK for at least two hours for EMH and then hit up Boma for a relatively late breakfast. AKL could be used as a transfer point, once again. Or we can head back to AKL for a few more hours and head over back to CSR for a mid-day nap and then use CSR as a transfer point to DHS for the evening. :confused3

Again, I figure it's all about using transfer points/transportation as seamlessly as possible...even if it may not be the most efficient. It's more like a crazy idea than a must-do mission at this point.:moped:

The current flow for Wed, Jan 30, is:
MK(EMH)>>Monorail to Polynesian>>'Ohana>>Bus to AK>>CSR for Nap?>>Bus to HS>>Boat to EPCOT>>Garden Grill :hyper:

Ok, not the best idea, but it's more of a dare...we might get rid of the AK portion.

Everything is very tentative right now, so there will be some cancellations here and there. I know it's a bit too soon and almost "too hopeful" at this point, but we're counting on Free Dining to be announced for our trip like it was for the same time last year. If it isn't, of course we'll adjust accordingly and go for more ADRs. :surfweb::badpc:

After doing the math:teacher:, it seemed easier and economical to pay out of pocket for more affordable table service meals than upgrading to the DeluxeDP. With the hope of free dining, we'd still be spending less than if we actually payed for regular dining. We definitely will be using CS credits since both of us are big eaters. But, again with the speculation, free dining wouldn't neccesarily tie us down to sticking with CS.
