ADR's required?

We will be at DLR Sept 7-18. We will make reservations for AG, BB, RFC and MB (and BBB/PL) but I don't want to be over scheduled and with the large time difference I'm not sure what time the kids will be getting up etc.
Would I need reservations for GK, SB and BTRBB or would walk ups be readily available?

That's a tough question because it seems so hit or miss whether a reservation would be needed or not. My sense is that you can probably wing a walk-up at many places on the weekdays and at off hours (e.g., lunch at 2:00 pm, dinner after 8:00 pm). You will be there during Dapper Days and the start (at least at this point that's the guess) of HalloweenTime, which means high(ish) crowds on Fri to Sun (9/12-14). I've been to DL on a Tuesday in September (during HalloweenTime), when Cafe Orleans wasn't taking walk-ups for a late lunch...normally one would not expect issues on a Tuesday, but it has happened to me, so there is always the possibility that a reservation is needed on a weekday.

Of the three places you list, I'm not sure what SB stands for, but I think you could probably walk-up to Goofy's and BTRBBQ, but be prepared to have to wait. On that same trip, I Had a reservation for BTRBBQ dinner and the CMs at check-in were telling guests the wait was about 45-60 minutes. They were taking walk-ups, but they did have to wait a bit.
