ADRs - R They Linked To Your Reservation

I currently have 1 reservation booked (DVC) for October vacation but am waitlisted for some missing dates.

I have a bounceback offer booked jik DVC dates don't come through

My Q is, ADR window will open for me in a few weeks...

Should I link ADRs to the Resort or DVC res? Afraid if i do link to the resort one, when DVC comes thru, i'll lose ADRs entirely upon cancellation.

anybody know for sure?

You don't lose ADRs when you cancel a resort reservation. They would have to be cancelled separately.

It's not even necessary to link the resort resevation unless you want +10 booking.
