Is anyone else having trouble getting their ADRs to show up on the website? We have them booked but when I try to pull them up, I get a message that they're having trouble displaying ressies.

This has been a problem I've been having going on 3 weeks now. I've called tech support several times and get a different answer each time, anything from its a regional server problem to I didn't sign in so no email is attached to the ressie :confused3

Mine are finally showing up after having that error message for about a week. Try logging out and then back in. Hopefully yours will show up soon!

This has been going on since the inception of online res. It is 'down' more than it is up!
Doesn't seem like it would be all that difficult :confused3

I've tried logging out and back in. Still nothing. I'm getting aggravated because I'd like to cancel ones we are not going to use and make them available to others. Ugh!

I gave up and called WDW dining. They were able to cancel the reservations we no longer needed. And they gave me the number for technical support. Hopefully it will work itself out.

Just a heads up on what I went through with this. Our trip is for the end of August and since I have been able to book ADR's my dinner reservations never showed up. My vacation would, just not the ADR's. I called the disney number and they verified I did have ADR's in their system, so I asked to be transferred to their tech support. The guy on the phone couldn't figure it out either and stated he would pass a message over to their next level of tech support since it was on a Saturday and they weren't in(never got a call back on this). Well, last week we just moved and realized our mail was probably sent out to our old address so I logged into the website to change my address and realized my account didn't have an address listed on their website. I updated all that so my address and phone number was now in their system, logged out then logged back in and viola!!! All of them magically appeared. This was after 5 months of trying to look them up with the reservation number ect... and nothing working at all.

I'll give it a shot. Can't hurt, right?

The system constantly has issues. I booked something the other day, it failed to force me to cxl my conflicting adr, it didn't generate an email, and it won't link it to my reservations when I try to manually add it- yet the phone reps say it's a valid adr and pulls up in their system. Oddly enough- half of my ADRs show up online, but don't show up in the phone reps' systems. They said it's all just a matter of the system constantly having issues. :sad2: The other day- not a darn thing- not even my resort ressie - was showing. GRRRRR:mad:

This is my concern. Some of these ressies now require the cc guarantee, which I totally understand and agree with. But what if you cannot remember if you made one and if they do not show up online or in the system when you call, you're still charged if you no show. I know it's my responsibility to remember what ADRs I make. But sometimes I am human and simply forget. Maybe I've become too dependent on the website showing me what I have booked.

I'm having a similar problem. Only 5 out of my 10 ressies are showing up. I called and gave the res #'s and they all exist but they just aren't showing up on the website. Frustrating.

I had a similar issue. I never received confirmation emails for two ADRs. I have a special character in my email (an underscore) and apparently there is an issue. I had to call WDW dining and they corrected it. My reservations are now on the website but I never got my last two confirmation emails. I've printed them out now and I'm going to take them with me just to be on the safe side.

Yes! I HAVE a similar issue..i have about 5 adrs not showing.
If I was the IT manager there...heads would roll...:rotfl: (but no laughing _>

So, I've logged off and back on. Nothing.
Then I tried clearing my history and cookies. Nada. Logged out again and back in and they showed up. Made a cancellation of one and now they're gone again. This is frustrating. Luckily I have all the emails and also have them in my Trip It app, but boy I wish this would work!
