ADR's not showing up in MDE Reservations

I have a few reservations that are not showing up properly in my Reservations in MDE. I had one reservation that I cancelled and a new one I made in it's place. I have a confirmation code for the newer reservation, and a cancellation code for the old one, but it's not showing up that way in My Disney Experience (website or App). I did talk to some on the phone who said that the system showed my new reservation, but it's been at least a month and it's still showing the old one. I've even tried linking the new reservation using the confirmation code, but it says it can't find the reservation. I trust the woman I talked to on the phone, but would feel so much better if the correct reservation showed online! Am I really okay as long as I have the confirmation code? Thanks in advance!
 
Have you checked logging in from a computer instead of using the app? One of mine disappeared but when I used the computer it was there. If you have your confirm number you should be ok. I'm planning on bringing printouts of everything. I don't trust the app!
