I suggest that you call and verify your ADR's right after you make them. I got up at 5:00 in the morning exactly 180 days in advance so I could make our ADR's for our October trip. We have 11 going so it is not like we can just show up at a restaurant and expect to get a table. I had everything mapped out perfectly. I even got ressie for CRT for Breakfast. I was fairly proud of myself. Long story short, I called a couple of days ago and found out that one of my ressies was on the wrong day. In fact it is on the day we are going to MNSSHP. I was pretty upset but I guess I should have checked right away.

I've had that happen too. Lucky for me it was never with 11. Good luck on getting it fixed. Just making reservations for that group was probably exhausting. LOL

I found that out a few days ago when I went to cancel a ressie and they told me that it was in a different name and witha different phone #. Funny thing is that it was under my mom's name - I did not make any ADRs under her name even though she is going with us. And the phone # was sort-of like mine witha couple of numbers wrong.

Then I did another cancellation and was told that someone was going to love me because I was cancelling Le Cellier. I was like :scared1:, the confirmation number I got was wrong and the ADR was for last week - I wish I had a Le Cellier ADR....
We finally found it but they had misspelled my name - which is quite unusual so I always spell it out.

Back in 2004 i had an issue with an Easter Sunday Dinner at Crystal Palace.
I have a hyphenated name, and it is long ... apparently too long.

And the Disney reservations system didn't like the hyphen, nor the length. It took over 1.5 hours to make that single reservation.

The CM who took my reservation told me to check with GR before we left to make sure everything was good.. but i had faith in Disney and didn't.

My ex-wife on the other hand did not.. and once we got to MK on Easter morning, she had me check in at GR to make sure it was all good.

Thanks goodness she did. They couldn't find my reservations anywhere under my name.. and the confirmation number i had was listed as canceled.

They did manage to get us a seat about 15 minutes later then our original meal was.. and it was so cool spending easter with Winnie the Pooh and Friends ;)

I feel really bad for you, doing all the work and having a problem at the last minute. My policy is to call back 1 month before the trip and confirm all my ressies. If there is a problem Disney can hopefully fix it or offer some other solution. Good Luck!

I booked at 180 day mark as well for Christmas week. I did call about a month ago and had the CM go over them all with me.:surfweb: I consider that a tip from the dis.popcorn:: :santa:

I booked my Thanksgiving ADRs at the 180 day mark EXACTLY (that was in May). During our summer WDW trip this July, I had concierge print out our November ADRs.

Every meal for all 8 days was exactly how they should be. Thank goodness!! :thumbsup2

I still have the print out & will be bringing it with us next month.

I don't ever call and check my ADRs because of another DIS tip. A dining CM posted once that the more a CM "opens" your reservations the more of a chance there is for messing them up. Instead I wait until I get to the hotel and have a print out made and check it then. I've actually only had one problem and the restaurant fixed it when we arrived
