ADR's for off property guests?

I know that as of 10/27 ADR's will go back to 180 days. Is this just for those staying in a Disney resort? If so, when can people staying off property make ADR's? We are splitting our stay- first 4 nights renting a house from All Star with some family then 6 nights at POFQ. Just want to know when ic an make my ADR's for the beginning of our trip??

You can make your res at 180. But you only get the +10 if on site.
