How do you guys think this is going to work this year? Last year tickets for MNSSHP and MVMCP went on sale in the Spring, well in advance of anyone's 90 day dining window. This year if they offer the tickets 6 months in advance then EVERYBODY will be able to book ADRs, not just ticket holders for the parties. I know it's only LTT & Tony's that were taking early ADRs, but it seems to me that there will be issues with Candlelight Processional, too. Those dates weren't released until August last year. By August this year people will have been making December ADRs since May - how do they plan to block out tables for CP packages?

We went to MNSSHP last year and I called at our 90 day mark to get dinner at Crystal Palace, which worked fine. But this year people arriving earlier will be able to book ADRs before we can. I am probably way overthinking this, but I would like to eat at MK the night of MVMCP. I'll be bummed if there are no ADRs available due to everybody being able to call in 180+10.

I was thinking the same thing, but I'm planning on eating at Ohana the night of the party, and then just going on over to MK after dinner. That's what I did last year for MNSSHP, and that worked fine since I got into Ohana right when it opened at 5:00.

The dates for MVMCP should be released in April or May, and ADR's for December won't be available until June, I'm going down Dec 7th, and my call date for ADR's is June 10th, so if you figure out what days you're going to the party when the dates are released you should have no trouble getting the ADR's you want.

You're right - I was off a month. We're arriving Dec. 2 and my ADR date is June 5, so if MVMCP tickets are on sale in May it shouldn't be an issue. We've never gone in December before so I haven't ever paid attention to when they announce dates and start selling tickets. I still wonder about the Candlelight Processional. I guess if push comes to shove we can eat CS and wait in the stand-by line!

I'm figuring they'll allow you to book LTT at time you purchase the MVMCP tickets. I arrive in late Nov so I'll be able to book in May with the ADR rules.
