Need some advice and direction, Please!
We are going on our first trip to WDW May 22-29, 2010
(staying at the POP)
Dining Plan - (1 TS, 1 CS, 1 snack)

Which ADR's should I try to make on which park days? We are not doing park hopper tickets, or at least not yet....I don't have a clue as to which park, etc. each of these are associated with, so not certain about travel, etc.

This is what I am thinking:

check in day 1: possibly go to Epcot after arrivaland dinner at Whispering Canyon Cafe
Day 2: go to Hollywood Studios - dinner at Captain's Grill
Day 3: go to Animal Kingdom- Donald Safari breakfast
Day 4: Epcot - dinner at LeCellier
Day 5: Magic Kingdom - Crystal Palace dinner
Day 6: Magic Kingdom - Chef Mickey or Kona Cafe breakfast?
Day 7: Magic Kingdom- Hoop Dee Doo dinner

I need help re: which park on what day and which TS meal on which day???

THANK YOU!!

I DO NOT recommend Whispering Canyon at all!! We went there on our first trip this past Dec. and were very very disappointed:sad1:! The food was horrible as was the service. We are going back next Oct. :dance3: and for sure will not be going back there. It is a toss up between Kona and Chef Mickey's both are excellant in my opinion. Good luck!

Wow, we've been to Whispering Canyon about four times for all different meal times and enjoyed the food and the entertainment. :confused3

Here's my two cents on what day to go to which park~

If they have the park schedules listed by the time you make your ADR's, that would help. When I did mine last year, I wanted to make sure I was at certain parks on certain days because I did not do the park hopper. The Spectomagic parade was only on certain nights and we didn't want to miss it. You also want to take into consideration extra magic hours and fantasmic (if you are interested in those things). What I did was take a calendar and put all of that info that I thought was important on it. Then based which park I would be at upon that. Because we were going to be at MK and Epcot each two different times, I had extra to work with. On my calendar I put each character meal on my first choice selection. Then did a second choice and third choice, just in case. It turns out, I got all of my first choice ADR's the first go around.

I don't know if that made any sense because I'm getting pretty tired but hopefully that helps! :)

First decide which park you are visiting each day, then pick the resturants. As someone else mentioned, have a second and third option for each day.

You can guess which park at this point but you really need to wait till the calendar comes out to make your final decision. At this point in your planning just decided how many days you want to spend at each park and make a list of resturants that you would like to try.

My two cents is in red:

check in day 1: possibly go to Epcot after arrivaland dinner at Whispering Canyon Cafe-Whispering Canyon Cafe is not close to EPCOT. You would have to take the monorail to the TTC and then the boat to Wilderness Lodge. I would consider an EPCOT resturant.
Day 2: go to Hollywood Studios - dinner at Captain's GrillHollywood Studios is having Star Wars Weekend. Unless that is an event you would like to attend, go to HS during the week. Also, last year Fantasmic was on Sunday, Tues, and Thurs. So, Sunday would be the most crowded day and not the best choice unless you are going for Star Wars Weekend and Fantasmic.
Day 3: go to Animal Kingdom- Donald Safari breakfastAs of right now, AK has extra magic hours in the AM on Mondays. Assuming the schedule does not change, do you plan on attending AM extra magic hours. If not, pick a different park
Day 4: Epcot - dinner at LeCellier Again, are you attending AM EMH?
Day 5: Magic Kingdom - Crystal Palace dinner looks good
Day 6: Magic Kingdom - Chef Mickey or Kona Cafe breakfast? If MK still has extra magic hours on Thursday, you will not be able to eat breakfast before you go to the park without arriving late. You could go to the park first and then have a late breakfast at Chef Mickeys. If your not planning on attending AM EHM, then pick a different park
Day 7: Magic Kingdom- Hoop Dee Doo dinnerLooks good. It's easy to get to the Hoop Dee Doo from MK. Just take the 15 minute boat ride to Fort Wilderness.
