ADR's - call DVC or WDW-DINE number?

I am getting ready to make my ADR's for October stay at AKV, was wondering if it is faster to call Member Services 800-******** for ADR's or the 407-WDW-DINE number? Do they just transfer you?

The main dining line opens at 7 am eastern, MS opens at 9 am eastern. If you are after a hard to get reservation, I'd call the main dining line right at 7 am.

After locating the restaurant you want, click Book Online. You can connect the ADRs to your reservation by entering your reservation number first.

Resort Guests & Dining Plan
If you have a Resort reservation or would like to associate your Disney Dining Plan to your dining reservations, please retrieve your resort reservation. (Please be advised that not all restaurants participate in the Disney Dining Plan. Please check your Dining Plan information for participating restaurants.) Retrieve your reservation.

You just click on the words "Retrieve your reservation" on the Disney website (link above). Fill in the information and then start making ADRs.

Just curious, why does CRT make a difference whether you call or book on-line? I thought by booking on-line, you could book an hour earlier than calling.

Well maybe they have added CRT as well. Last year we had to call in for CRT but could book everything else online. I should have checked before I added that statement.

Oh - I don't know if they have added it. I just assumed you could always book it online... I'll have to check that out! Thanks for the heads up!

We just booked crt online and online is way faster and much easier than calling. Go to the website and practice a little tonight before the morning and u will be a pro, dont forget ur resv. # and it will open the plus 10 window.

Definitely do online - it's so easy and quick. And CRT is available online. The only thing not available online (dining) that I know of is the Fantasmic dining package.
