While I got everything I wanted, I could have stayed in bed.... The App worked way better then the computer for me.

I kept getting error messages on the computer but no issues for the same exact reservations on the app.

I also found searching for 8 better then searching for 7, or searching for 4 better then searching for 3. This was something someone on the boards suggested to me and i am happy i listened!

Apparently even number of people get better results. I would search for 7 get nothing. Change to 8 people all times available

I have better success with the app too. I've noticed the same thing for making FP selections, too. Maybe I've just used the app more and it feels more familiar to me than the website, but I get error messages on my computer that I don't seem to encounter with the app.

Oooh! Good to know about the even numbers. I'm making my ADR's on Wednesday morning, and will be making them for 6 people. I have 5 confirmed, with one unsure due to husbands work schedule unknown at this time.

Thanks for this. If you book for 4 but only need 3 seats, do you have to cancel the 4th seat to avoid a charge?

We have genuinely booked for 4 but only had 3 eat (due to illness) and it didn't matter to them. Most tables for 4 are used to seat parties of 3 in our experience anyway.

Agree with PP Everything I have heard said no you won't be charged.
